How do I get my key after paying?
Seconds after payment. Stripe confirms the charge, we mint the key, and it shows up on the success page and in your dashboard. No email confirmation to wait on.
How does key binding work?
On first use, the key locks to the machine you activated it on. Lifetime keys include free resets from your dashboard if you upgrade your PC. Shorter tiers can request a reset in Discord.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If your key hasn’t been used yet, you can request a refund within 6 hours of purchase. Once it’s active, refunds aren’t available. If a product goes offline for more than 48h during your term, we credit the time back to your license automatically.
What if a product is down?
Every product page shows a live status pill. If a product enters updating, you can’t launch it until we ship the patched build, but your license time pauses while it’s down. If it goes offline, existing time is credited back automatically once it’s back.
What’s the loader?
A single lightweight app you install once. Log in, pick a product you own, click Launch. The loader fetches the current build, verifies it, and gets you into the game. No manual file management on your end.
Do you take crypto / PayPal?
Card only right now, processed by Stripe. Crypto is on the roadmap — ping us in Discord if you need it and we’ll prioritise.
Payments & privacy
Payments run through Stripe — we never see your card details. Your email is stored for delivery only. No marketing, no third-party sharing. Delete your account (and all keys) any time from your dashboard.
Can I share my account?
No. Keys bind to one machine on first launch. If we detect key sharing (two machines, distant IPs, overlapping sessions), the account gets suspended and any active keys are voided.
How do I ask for help?
Open a ticket on Discord and we’ll get to it within a few hours. Include your username and, if it’s a loader issue, the last 20 lines from the loader’s log window.
Can I suggest a game or feature?
Please. That’s how the roadmap gets built. Drop it in the #suggestions channel on Discord.
In short.
You are buying a limited, non-transferable license to use the loader and the product you selected on one machine, for the duration you paid for. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software. Use of the software is at your own risk. Game bans, account penalties, or other consequences are the buyer’s responsibility.
What we store.
Your account: username, email, salted+hashed password, and a fingerprint of the machines you’ve activated on. Your purchase history and the license keys you own. IP addresses of your last logins for account-integrity checks. Nothing else. No marketing lists, no third-party analytics, no data sales. Delete your account any time and every trace goes with it (except records legally required for tax purposes).
